Can I change names and titles on a candle design?

Yes — absolutely! All of our candle designs can be customized.
If you see a design you love, but it includes names like “Mom,” “Dad,” etc., it can be personalized with your loved one’s name, title, nickname, or wording of your choice.

These keepsakes are created just for you, so please don’t hesitate to share your thoughts and ideas. It’s important to me that your design turns out exactly how you envision it.

Where do I send my photo?

Once your order is placed, please email your photo to:

For best results, kindly submit your image uncropped and in its original format. This allows me to properly size and position your photo for the highest quality design.

Will I receive a design proof before my item is made?

Yes — for most designs, a proof will be sent for your approval before your item is created.

For simpler designs (such as those where only a photo is being added without major layout changes), a proof may not be sent unless specifically requested.

If you would like to see a proof regardless, please feel free to request one — I’m happy to accommodate whenever possible.

To ensure timely completion of your order, please keep an eye on your email (spam/junk folder also) for your proof and reply at your earliest convenience.

Can I burn/light my candle?

These candles are designed as keepsake items and are not recommended for burning.

Because your photo and design are permanently placed onto the candle, lighting it will damage the design and its overall integrity. More importantly, burning the candle may present a potential fire hazard.

What is your return policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

All custom designs are created with your approval prior to production. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me right away and I will do everything possible to make it right.

Can my candle or vase be designed on both sides?

​

At this time, all candles and vases are designed on one side only.

This allows us to maintain the highest level of detail, clarity, and overall quality in every piece.
